Great company with exciting room for advancement within the company Bluestone are just branching out to international markets and so there’s a lot of room for upward mobility in the company and for establishing yourself as a strong team player at this early stage in their newer locations, like those in Toronto. Some logistical problems involved with setting up new employees, including payroll and POS system codes, and with providing ample stock in good time. A lot of the issues seem to stem from having core things outsourced to the head office in NYC, but I can understand wanting to keep these things centralised.
